The Infusionsoft Post-It Note Webform Generator!

This quick & easy webform generator works with your Infusionsoft account to make an opt-in form that looks like a post-it note. Use it to quickly capture a persons info in an eye catching way. You don't need anything more than what you'd need to use a regular Infusionsoft webform.

Instructions

1. Get the images by clicking below and saving the .zip file to your computer.

2. Go to where you just saved that file, right click on it and go to "Extract All" to unzip the file. After that, upload the entire folder "img_ia_postit" to your webserver in the same directory or folder that your webpage is in. You can do this by using FTP

3. To get the code, fill out the form below and then click the download button.

Your Infusionsoft Application*

If your Infusionsoft login url was "https://moldingbox1.infusionsoft.com" then you'd enter moldingbox1

Your Infusionsoft Webform ID*

Whenever you download webform code from Infusionsoft, there is always a hidden field called "formid" all we need is this number. Example if formid="99" then just enter 99 in the box above. You can find this by creating a webform and looking at the code Infusionsoft gives you.

First Name*

Last Name*

Email*

4. Once you have the code, simply paste it into your website where you'd like the post-it note webform to appear! Upload your file and make sure things look good!

**Again, it won't look right unless the page you put this code on is in the exact same directory or folder on your webserver as the ia_imgs folder you downloaded and unzipped above!
